Apologies for the late post today but I have been out and about. Hope some of you may have played up your winning s from Xinbama a couple of weeks ago, as he followed up today at 8.00. John Hills’ yard seems in pretty good form and I like the look of his 3-y-o Johnno this evening at Sandown.
Johnno is a big framed colt and I think he will get better as this year progresses, I think the uphill finish will be in his favour today as he was staying on over this trip last time out. Hills told us this morning that “Johnno remains a promising prospect and was running on well after being hampered on the turn at Kempton last time. He should be very competitive this evening!” He should be backed to win the 19:05 at Sandown at 8.00 with BetVictor.
Marco Botti is pretty keen on Lelpas, who should run better on this faster ground than when last seen at Doncaster, so could be worth a saver.
