After five bets on the trot gone wrong I do admit to feeling a bit groggy, so I’ll stick to just one bet today. And yes I know I also went against Navarro yesterday which obviously didn’t bring me much, but I’ll try my luck again today.

Navarro had to fight really hard in a very long match against Jankovic to prevail and after playing the final in Estoril on Saturday perhaps it’s been draining her a bit to much?

Funnily enough Safarova had no problems at all disposing of Kanepi in the first round, and it was Kanepi who beat Navarro in that final in Estoril. Now Safarova will have to play the loser of that final and if she can beat the winner, well…!

By the way, Safarova has won their only previous meeting.
