Owls Flying High

So after last weeks slip up by Sheffield United, neighbours and bitter rivals Sheffield Wednesday can gain automatic promotion with a victory over Wycombe Wanderers at Hillsborough this weekend.

Dave Jones is still unbeaten since his arrival in February and has just about done the job the board brought him in to do.

Being massive favourites is no surprise as Wanderers were relegated to league 2 last weekend and have nothing to play for. On the other hand, if the Owls fail to win and Sheffield Utd do win, then it will be the Blades who go up. But that would be a bitter pill to swallow for the Owls and Dave Jones just won’t let that happen.

No value in a win for the Owls (1.3 with Bwin 20£ in Free bets!)  but have a look at over 3.5 goals at 2.2 (also with Bwin) as they make sure of promotion. Also the Owls to win on the handicap -1 is a decent 1.7 too, again with Bwin.
