Pointers and Bankers.

There are a few games over the weekend where top meets bottom and we should be looking at these to build up the balance. The prices reflect the games but if we pick carefully then we could earn ourselves a few points.

In league 1, Huddersfield Town should dispose of relegation threatened Exeter City at home. City have just 1 away victory in 9 attempts and Town are back in form with just 1 defeat (Sheff Utd) in 10. Town could move into a solid 3rd place in the league with a comfortable victory. 1.6 with Ladbrokes 50£ in Free bets! seems a fair price.

Carlisle United with just 1 defeat in 11 at home can climb into the play off places with a win over lowly Yeovil Town. Yeovil do all their winning at home and given this is one of the longest trips in the league, then just 1 away win in 7 shows the men from Somerset like to stay home. United should capitalise and a nice 1.9 is on off at Bet Victor.

League 2 also has a couple of  ’Bankers’ as we see in form Oxford United try and cement one of those play off places will a win over Macclesfield Town. the U’s are 5 points clear in the race for a play off berth and a nice win over Macc who have lost 8 straight and 9 out of 10. Macclesfield are only 3 points above the relegation places with the alarming loss of form, and Oxford should punish them duly. Coral 30£ Free bet! go 1.6 a home win, which we should take.

Also in league 2, the team in form and on fire are Swindon Town. 9 wins from 11, 5 straight off,  puts the Robins at the top of the tree.Poalo  Di Canio’s first venture into management is going really well. Also a trip to Wembley in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy is in the bag too. Who can stop the Di Canio steam train, well not Accrington Stanley on current form! 3 straight defeats and lying in 11th place in the league, Stanley look like they are only playing for pride. Town should be taken at all costs at 1.5 with Bet Victor.

If we put the 4 together we have a good chance of collecting the 6.11 accumulator on offer with Ladbrokes.
