January Jackpot – Racing tips reviewed

What a month, the last selection of the January, Magic Prospect, summed it up perfectly.  This each-way selection always looked likely to place, but toughed it out better than the favourite to win for us at 13.00, MAGIC indeed!  Overall in January, anyone backing all my selections would be over 44 points ahead on 43 points staked, that’s a Return on Investment (RoI) of 104%.  Put another way if you had backed my selections at €25 (or £25) per point you would have made over €1,100 (£1,100) profit.

During the month there were eight winners and one placed horse from 27 selections.  An incredible near 30% winning ratio, especially when considering the odds of the selections, with winners at 15.00, 13.00, 10,00, 9.00, 7.50 (x2) and 6.50.

In my five months at Onebooker, overall profits now stand at a very respectable 21.8% RoI, with an overall profit of over 55 points.

With Wincanton off today, we only have all-weather racing and there is one horse that caught my eye in the 14:50 at Wolverhampton.  That horse is Giles Bravery’s Cantor who we heard a whisper for a couple of weeks ago.  He was slightly disappointing that day, but dropped a couple of pounds down the handicap, it seems that he’s being nibbled at in the market this morning.  The 9.00 has gone and I think the 4-y-o could be worth supporting at 8.00 with Ladbrokes 50£ in Free bets! to win this aftermoon.
